A consortium of Australian restoration NGOs has formed the Albert Morris Award Committee to oversee a perpetual award for innovation in ecological restoration. To mark the inaugural award – the committee has planned an ecological restoration-themed field trip to Broken Hill. Itinerary includes:

Nyngan waterponding (2st Aug) and Broken Hill's 80-year-old 'Regeneration Reserves' (22-24 Aug), culminating in the Awards Dinner. All welcome.
