Urban areas rapidly expanding around the globe are becoming increasingly important as repositories for local and regional biodiversity. This is especially so for the Perth metropolitan area which spans almost 100 km from north to south and includes thousands of bushland remnants of various sizes.

As climate change further threatens the biodiversity of our city, it is timely for researchers to review the threats to our urban biodiversity and to explore potential solutions and adaptation strategies.

ECU staff and students, external community and industry partners are invited to attend this event.
